Return & Refund Process

You will not be allowed to open the parcel at the time of delivery, however, in case of any complaint you can always contact our customer service via call or email (CS@areywow.pk

 

 You can always call us and return the product at (Unicorn Distribution Office) 

 

 Once your package will be received, we will dispatch your replacement within 24 hours

 

 Once the product is sold will not be refunded however it will be replaced with the same/other product for price adjustments

 

 In case of a return, the product will be out of stock you will be offered some other products. 

 

 

Valid reasons to return an item: 

 

 The delivered product is damaged

 

 The delivered product is incomplete/missing items

 

The delivered product is incorrect variant/color etc.

 

 No Refund Policy:
