Order Process Time & Delivery Process:
The tentative order delivery time will be 48 to 96 working hours
Order dispatching time will be 24 to 36 working hours from the time of order received/confirmed
Once the order will be dispatched, please be available at your provided address/contact number for hassle-free delivery
Our rider will make up to 3 attempts before returning the order to the origin
Delays in delivery will be subject to the external factors i.e: political, stock availability, courier workload, and other challenges
Return & Refund Policy
Return & Refund Process:
You will not be allowed to open the parcel at the time of delivery, however, in case of any complaint you can always contact our customer service via call or email (CS@areywow.pk)
You can always call us and return the product at (Unicorn Distribution Office)
Once your package will be received, we will dispatch your replacement within 24 hours
Once the product is sold will not be refunded however it will be replaced with the same/other product for price adjustments
In case of a return, the product will be out of stock you will be offered some other products.
Valid reasons to return an item:
The delivered product is damaged
The delivered product is incomplete/missing items
The delivered product is incorrect variant/color etc.

Order Placement Process:
Once you have found the product(s) you want, it’s time to place your order!
1. Sign in to your account or create a new account
2. Enter the number of products that you want to ‘
3. Click Add to Cart to proceed further
4. Once the cart will be reviewed click Proceed to Checkout button
5. Enter billing and shipping information.
6. Choose your payment mode as COD
7. Review and submit your order
8. Check your Order Summary. Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Summary containing your Order Number and confirmation on your email/SMS
How will I know that you have received my order?
Once your order has been logged, you will receive an Email/SMS containing the details of your order.
In this Email/SMS you will be provided with a unique Order ID, and C.O.D amount of your product item(s) you have ordered, and the expected delivery time.
Once the details are verified by our operations team your order will be dispatched the same day.
